E <br />Planning Board Meeting <br />Lexington, Mass, <br />December 16, 1929, <br />Present: All but Mr. Bowers and Town Engineer. <br />Harold B. Lamont of Winthrop Road appeared to protest against <br />any extension of a road at the rear of his lot. No approved <br />plan of such an extension was found and the owner of land in <br />question, Mr. Black was called and said he did not desire any <br />such road extension. Mr. Lamont was therefore satisfied. <br />Mr. Ryder and Engineer Roland Barnes, presented plans for Vine <br />Brook development of land east southeast of Waltham Street with <br />' soundings by Mr. Barns, which suggested to the Board a change in <br />proposed Street layout for better lots, easier road building and <br />retaining some areas for park purposes. <br />Mr. Barnes will present a change in the plan Friday evening, <br />December 20. <br />
