Mr.. <br />Cosgrove has drawn up a map showing a tentative road lay-out, After <br />discussion the Board felt that a road constructed diagonally across <br />to Waltham Street-'to inclAde the present sewer would make a satisfactory <br />approach to the proposed park area, Mr. Cosgrove is to make some <br />corrections to his mall for further discussion by the Board. <br />Matter of establishing buildinZ -linas towardArlington end of <br />Massachusetts A"jjuv again discussed and Mr. Cosgrove tp approach <br />severai�"arid owners of land with the ides of taking up this item at; a <br />future meeting, <br />Application of Mona AHolland t9ge rect a tearoom on her property' <br />on Massachusetts Avenue almost oppositelT©ttler Avenue.
