PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />Nov. 35, 1937 <br />Present Yessre.Emery,Duffy,Cutler,llilne - Engineer Cosgrove. <br />Mr. Nickerson appeared relative to the Bacon property and <br />expressed satisfaction with a new plan prepared by Town <br />Engineer, but after discussion it was left with the Engineer to <br />consult with hiss Tower's engineer relative to park development <br />adjacent west and to allow for extension of street to Maple St. <br />parallel to R.R. and submit further plan. <br />Yr. Griswold and his engineer Bellamy appeared and after <br />lengthy discussion finally agreed to work out a comprehensive <br />plan for the whole property and adjacent property pazticularly <br />the Lexington Park property, with the town Engineer, and reach <br />a definite conclusion as promptly as possible so that the whole <br />matter might be closed. <br />1 <br />
