Emery, Chairman, Messrs, Duffy, 43ynaq <br />Cutler Milne, Engineer Cosgrove, and Engineer <br />Raymond from Metcalf and Eddy. <br />The meeting was devoted to a further review <br />and revision of the Shurtleff sketch of roads in the <br />Vine Brook Drainage area, with the advice and assistance <br />of the engineer, Mr, Charles and R. L, Ryder reviewed <br />the plans and only offered the thought that the drainage <br />at Massachusetts Avenue be materially lowered beyond the <br />engineerts plan. It was asked that the engineer consider <br />this suggestion with a view to shoring conclusively that <br />it was or was not good economy, Otherwise, the Ryders <br />were favorable to all features. <br />Meeting adjourned at 12,01 A,"_,?. to Tuesday <br />May 3, 1927, <br />R, D, MiIna . <br />Clerk, <br />1 <br />
