In general the plan <br />appeared to be approaching satisfactory shape. <br />Roger Ingalls was called and the plan <br />for the Meady-Gorman-Ingalls tract was reviewed. <br />Mr. Emery reviewed progress on the <br />drainage and park plans. <br />W.
