I <br />PLANNING BOARD MEETING. <br />Lexington, Mass. <br />Thursday, December 2, 1926. <br />Present: F. L. Emery, Chairman. Messrs. Worthen, Duffy, <br />Glynn, Milne, Engineer Cosgrove. <br />Mr. Worthen presented a map showing location <br />of houses in the vicinity of Grapevine Corner, and <br />told of his studies in regard to school house site <br />In that district. He Particularly recommended a site <br />on Allen Street opposite Blossom Street. After <br />discussion this location appeared to be proper and <br />the members were asked to view it. <br />Mr. Cosgrove presented plans of lower Puss. Ave. <br />showing suggested widening or building lines. After <br />discussion, Mr. Cosgrove was asked to give plan and <br />cross sections up to the junction of Pleasant Street <br />in order that the particularly difficult condition <br />at Oak Street might be studied. <br />There was a discussion of the engineering <br />needs of the Town and the Clerk was asked to formulate <br />a letter to the Selectmen suggesting the employment <br />of a competent engineer and the establishment of an <br />effective engineering department. <br />Adjourned 11.20 P.M. <br />E.
