PLANNING BOARD MEETING. <br />TONIN HALL <br />Lexington,Monday,November 2,1925. <br />Present: F. L. Emery, Chairman, Messrs. Tilton, Glynn, Worthen, <br />Duffy, Milne, Town Engineer French, <br />Henry C. Rowland appeared with further regard to <br />proposed development of old Fitch Estate off Massachusetts <br />Avenue and Bloomfield. The Town Engineer had prepared a <br />plan of this property and after discussion, a road approxi- <br />mately parallel to Slocum Road was laid down on the plan, <br />and was deemed suitable and acceptable, Insofar as it lay <br />upon land of the petitioner or land bounden to him, this road <br />location was voted proper for presentation to the Board of <br />survey. <br />There was brief discussion of the Wadman 1 Blake <br />Avenue matter, and after slight modification the Town <br />Engineer's plan for this street was voted -acceptable to <br />present to Board of Survey. <br />W. D. Milne was asked to represent the Planning <br />Board at the Board of Survey hearing on November 3. <br />Meeting adjourned at 9.40 P.M. <br />W. D. Milne, Clerk, <br />
