PLANNING BOARD MEETING XI. <br />ITown Hall, July 17, 1925. <br />Present: J. H. Duffy, E. B. Worthen, J. 0, Tilton, C. E. Glynn, <br />W. D. Milne, also C. B. French, Engineer. <br />Stephen Trebino, with Frank Cutter, appeared and the <br />matter of new streets in Trebino land off Utica Street was <br />further discussed and a scheme decided on. fir. Stevens, owner <br />of the sand and gravel works and land adjacent also was present <br />and took part in the discussion. The matter was left for <br />Engineer French to prepare duplicate plans of the road scheme <br />for record with this Board and Board of Survey. <br />Walter Black appeared with Frank Cutter to present plan <br />for new streets and lots off Highland Avenue and Slocum Road <br />extension. The matter of extending Slocum Road to provide <br />opening to land beyond, was discussed. No decision was reached, <br />and the meeting adjourned, finally, for six days to meet at <br />Walter Black's and view the ground. <br />There was discussion in regard to the change in <br />zoning law at Bow Street, and the clerk was instructed to <br />write to the Selectmen suggesting urgent need for new latrout <br />for Bow Street to prevent development of bad conditions there. <br />Meeting adjourned at 11 P.M. until July 23,1925 <br />Ss noted. <br />1 <br />
