I <br />1 <br />PLANNING BOARD MEETING IV. <br />May 4,1985, <br />Present: Chairman Emery, Messrs. Glynn, Duffy, Milne, <br />and Town Engineer French. <br />Hancock Birches development. <br />an utter appeareF with plan of land lying <br />north of Adams Street at Meriam Street and east of Hancock <br />Street at Revere St. and desired approval of a layout for <br />a proposed street. He was directed to confer with the Town <br />Engineer that full data as to properties and topography in <br />the region north of Adams street and east of Hancock Street <br />might be made available to the Board in order that a decision <br />in regard to the proposed street might be made intelligently. <br />The Town Engineer was asked to secure and present the <br />necessary plans and data. <br />Muzzey Street, <br />-- Messrs. Dacey Mara, and Carroll appeared in <br />response to the Board s invitation and considerations <br />as to building line establishment on Muzzey Street were <br />presented to them, they not having signed the desired <br />releases. They would not promise to sign but agreed to <br />think the matter over further. <br />Adjourned 10.15 P.M. to may 14, 1925. <br />W. D. Milne, <br />Clerk. <br />
