. 23o 1924, <br />PLANNING BOARD MEETING. <br />The regular meets of the planning,Board was held in the <br />May 23, at 7/45 o'clock; <br />SelectmenS�Room on Friday evening, <br />'Emery, Worthen:, Daffy, L.S. and <br />there being present Messrs. <br />W.D. Brown, and Town Engineer French. <br />GRISWOLD <br />• <br />DZVELOPM <br />Mr. fiery and Mr. French report that as a result of <br />M <br />. <br />their going over the situation on the ground with the <br />seemed reconciled to <br />residents along Winter Street all <br />Board's plan in the main, objections being brought for• <br />ward only as to pertain details. <br />Messrs Griswold., Bellamy and Steekroski-appearing <br />former 'to;be allowed <br />before the Boards the two plead <br />the retention of the development plan presented by <br />them, endeavoring to show that the steep section of <br />be modified by cutting <br />the present Winter Street can <br />10 % grade. <br />and filling so as to secures <br />When questioned as to the selling price of their <br />lots, which range from j- et. to 4 ctse a foot, they <br />is not enough profit "to be had to <br />acknowledge there <br />permit them to rough -grade the .street its entire 50 <br />foot width.
