AVETWE, <br />u <br />SET -BACKS <br />As to the remaining, signatures to be obtained in connection` <br />with the set -backs on Mass. Avenue it appeared that with the ex- <br />cep"tion of those of thenew owner of the MaCDonald'property and <br />the Catholic Church authorities, on which,a report from Air. <br />Ballard -was awaited, and ,'of Mrs. Litchfield who had declined to <br />sign, all had been obtained. Mr. Leroy Brown volunteered to <br />make a further endeavor to secure the latter signature and it <br />is hoped that all may be obtained before -the next meeting. <br />BUILDING LINES <br />ELSEWHERE <br />•� <br />It appeared to the Board that no more valuable line of <br />endeavor in the safeguarding of the proper development of the <br />tovm could be undertaken than the securing of similar volun- <br />tary agreements to that now almost effected along Mass. Averrue <br />from the Common to Cedar Street. <br />In conformity to the views of the Planning Board of 1921 <br />in a letter to the Selectmen datedJune l5th,'it was agreed to <br />make. a beginning of this undertaking along the following streets: <br />1. Bedford Street from Mass. Ave. to the Bedford. Town `Lts►e. <br />2. Hancock Street,; from the Common to its junction with Bed- <br />ford Street in North'Lexington. <br />3.Meriam Street its entire length. <br />4.` Clarke Street its entire length. <br />5. Muzzoy Street its entire length. <br />i. <br />6. Waltham Street from Mass'*. Ave, to tb* 'Waltham City Line, <br />7, Lincoln Street from h°ass. Ave. to the Lincoln Town Line, <br />8. Woburn Street from Mass. Ave. to the Woburn City Line. <br />..1� <br />
