Wadsworth <br />16 Hayes Avenue <br />Lexington, Mass., <br />Dear Sir: <br />Mr. Foster, a Landscape Architect, will be present <br />at the Town Hall on December 8th, 1922 at 8 o'clock P. M. <br />to present his views upon town planning for Lexington be- <br />fore the Board of Selectmen and the Planning Board. This <br />arrangement has been made in accordance with the understand- <br />ing I have with Ivir. William H. Ballard that you should be <br />notified when it is convenient for Mr. Foster to be here, <br />and I trust that I have selected a night when every member <br />can be present. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Christopher Harrison(Signed) <br />CH/G SUPT. OF PUBLIC WORKS. <br />Meeting held on above date at which all members <br />of the rlanning Board were present except Mr. Galloupe. The <br />Board of Selectmen were also present.
