At a meeting of the Planning Board held June 29, 1922 <br />except <br />all the members of the Board were present Messrs. Galloup <br />and Tilton. <br />Mr. Cerussi appeared before the Board in regard to a <br />lay -out of streetson his development near Vine Brook off <br />Massachusetts Avenue. No formal action was taken. <br />The Lexington Building Trust presented a plan of street <br />lay -out to the Board showing the streets at present contemplated <br />and which they desire to have approved. <br />After much discussion it was VOTED that the Board recom- <br />mend the approval by the Selectmen of the street lay -out o$ land of <br />the Lexington Building Trust in forth Lexington as set forth <br />on a plan thereof, dated March 1922, subject however to such <br />modifications of the curves shown at street intersections <br />as maybe worked out and approved by Mr. Duffy, the Town Engineer, <br />and Mr. Kelloway, the engineer for the Trust; that a plan show- <br />ing such modifications be submitted to this Board at a later <br />date. <br />t‘ca- <br />
