378 <br />SELECTMEN'S MEETING <br />May 26, 1947 <br />A regular meeting of the Board of Selectmen was held <br />in the Selectmen's Room on Monday evening, May 26, 1947, <br />at 7:30 P.M. There were present: Chairman, Paxton, <br />Messrs. Locke, Emery and Gay. The Clerk was also present. <br />The Chairman read a letter from lir. Robert L. Innis <br />Deny re- requesting the installation of a water main on Wilson Road, <br />quest Marrett Garden development. The Chairman said that this <br />for project was out of the question for this year because of <br />installat-the full program of work and shortage of pipe. Mr. James J. Carroll, Town Treasurer, <br />met with the Board relative to borrowing for the installation <br />of water mains. Mr. Carroll explained that there are to be <br />three separate loans; $20,000 for sewer mains, $75,000 -for <br />water mains, and $100,000 for water mains.
