SELECTMEN'S MEETING <br />January 12, 1946. <br />A special meeting of the Board of Selectmen was held <br />in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on January <br />12, 1946 at 2:00_P.M. Chairman Locke, Messrs. Potter, Rowse <br />and Sarano and Sheldon were present. The Clerk was also <br />present, <br />The question'as to Mr. spencer's position in the <br />Assessors' Department was given further consideration by <br />the Board. <br />&7r. Rowse moved that the vote of December 3, 1946 <br />appointing Mr. Frederick J. Spencer an Assistant Assessor <br />for a term of one year, expiring December 31, 1946, be <br />rescinded. Mr. Serrano seconded the motion, and it was <br />so voted, <br />Mr, Rowse then moved that Mr. Frederic] J. Spencer <br />be appointed Clerk to the Board of Assessors for a term <br />of one year, expiring December 31, 1940.
