20 <br />Her. Sheldon- movedr that. •the bid of the Adams Press, <br />Inc. be accepted for printing the 1944 Town Report. <br />Mr. Sarano seconded the motion, and it was so voted. <br />Chairman read a letter from Raymond L. White, <br />Town Accountant, to which was attached a list of the <br />Taxes various taxes due the Town which are long overdue. <br />Due The Accountant suggested that some action be taken in <br />Town order that these old accounts might be collected or <br />abated. <br />The Clerk was instructed to ask the Tax Collector <br />to furnish the Board with the names of the individuals <br />from which these unpaid taxes are due. <br />The Chairman read a letter from mr. White, Town <br />Accountant, to which was attached a list of Accounts' - <br />Receivable due the Town' as of November 18, 1944. The <br />Accountant suggested that the Collector or some other <br />individual send out statements each month in an effort <br />to collect some of these accounts. <br />It was decided to hold this matter over until the <br />next meeting of the Board, and the Chairman asked Mr. <br />Potter if he would check the list. <br />List of <br />Accounts <br />Receivable <br />A true record, Attest: <br />Yee1/47e-e44-1 <br />Clerk v <br />1 <br />
