18 <br />Sell Lots <br />135, 136, <br />137, Hayward <br />Avenue to <br />Henry E. <br />Cronier <br />Lot 39 <br />Spring St. <br />Sold to <br />Gustave F. <br />Fischer <br />Use of <br />Hall <br />Use of <br />Hall <br />in these particular lots, he should submit an offer in <br />writing to the Board before 5100 P.M. on Monday 27, 1944. <br />However, no offer was received. <br />Mr. Sarano moved that Mr. Lutz's offer be accepted <br />and that Lots 252, 253 and 254, Chase Avenue, Lexington, <br />be sold and conveyed to Mr. Lutz. Mr. Sheldon seconded <br />the motion,and it was so voted. <br />The Board gave further consideration to Mr. Henry <br />E. Cronier's offer of $75.00 for Lots 135, 136 and 137, <br />Hayward Avenue, Lexington. A proposal to sell these <br />lots was advertised in the November 22, 1944 issue of <br />the Lexington Minute -Man. No pers anis contacted the <br />Selectmen's Office as a result of this advertisement. <br />Mr. Sarano moved that the offer be accepted, <br />and that Lots 135, 136 and 137, 3ayward Avenue be sold <br />and conveyed to Henry E. Cronier. Mr. Sheldon seconded <br />the motion, and it was so voted. <br />The Board gave further consideration to Mr. Gustave <br />F. Fischer's offer of $200.00 for Lot 39, Spring Street, <br />Lexington. A proposal to sell this lot was advertised <br />in the November 22, 1944 issue of,the Lexington Minute - <br />Man. No persons contacted the Selectmen's Office as a <br />result of the advertisement. <br />Mr. Sarano moved that the offer be accepted, and <br />that Lot 39, Spring Street, Lexington, be sold and conveyed <br />to Mr. Fischer. Mr. Sheldon seconded the motion, <br />and it was so voted. <br />Application was received from the Minute Man <br />Sportsman's Club, Inc. requesting permission to use <br />Estabrook Hall on the evening of Monday, December 11, <br />1944, from 8:00 P.M. to 11:00 P.M. for the purpose of <br />holding a regular meeting. <br />Mr. Potter moved that the use of the hall be granted, <br />free of chare. gr. Sarano seconded the motion, and it <br />was so voted. <br />Application was received from the Middlesex Farm <br />Bureau, Inc. for permission to use Cary Hall on the <br />evening of Monday, December 18, 1944, from 5:00 P.M. <br />to midnight, for an Annual Meeting and Banquet. <br />Mr. Potter moved that the use of the hall be granted, <br />subject to a charge of $30.00.
