<br />PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br />MEETING OF JUNE 4, 2018 <br /> <br />A meeting of the Lexington Planning Board, held in the Battin Hall, in the Cary Memorial <br />Building was called to order at 7:04 p.m. by Chair, Ginna Johnson with members Richard Canale, <br />Charles Hornig, Nancy Corcoran-Ronchetti, and Bob Creech, and planning staff Carol Kowalski, <br />David Kucharsky, and David Fields present. <br /> <br />The Planning Board was in attendance to participate in a kick-off event for the Town’s <br />Comprehensive Plan. The intent of the event, held in Battin Hall in the Cary Memorial Building, <br />was for town staff, elected and appointed officials, as well as selected consultants to hear <br />feedback from the general public on what Lexington is to them. <br /> <br />Following a brief presentation by Jeff Dietrich from the consulting firm, Howard Stein Hudson, <br />attendees were able to visit various “stations” to discuss and provide input on a variety of topics <br />including Land Use, Housing, Economic Development, Transportation, Demographics and <br />Cultural & Natural Resources. <br /> <br /> <br />On a motion duly made and seconded, it was voted 5-0, to adjourn at 8:50 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Nancy Corcoran-Ronchetti, Clerk <br />
