On a motion duly made and seconded, the <br /> proposed alteration was approved unanimously as proposed. <br /> Documents Used: <br /> "8 Slocum Road Lexington, MA,"Packet <br /> CONTINUED HEARINGS <br /> 1106 Massachusetts Avenue: Todd Cataldo, representing CAZ Realty Trust, exterior <br /> architectural changes in the East Village District. On a motion duly made and seconded, the <br /> proposed alteration was approved unanimously as proposed. <br /> Documents Used: <br /> Plans dated 3/1/2018 <br /> 1312 Massachusetts Avenue: Todd Cataldo, representing Sheldon Corporation, exterior <br /> architectural changes in the Munroe Tavern District. After much discussion, on a motion duly <br /> made and seconded, the proposed alterations were continued till the next scheduled meeting date. <br /> Documents Used: <br /> Plans dated 3/1/18 <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> Review of HDC Amendments to Chapter 447, and Vote: The Chair reviewed the changes to <br /> amend Chapter 447, the Special Act of 1956. After some discussion Commissioner Edward <br /> Adelman proposed a motion that stated in part, "The HDC moves to accept the amendments of <br /> the enabling legislation, chapter 447, 1956, and that the proposed amendments go forward [to <br /> Town Meeting]." Motioned seconded by Commissioner Robin Lovett. <br /> By roll call the commissioners voted as follows: <br /> Donna Hooper, aye; Thomas Fenn, aye; Ed Adelman, aye; Bob Adams, aye; Anne Eccles, aye; <br /> Paul O'Shaughnessy, aye; Robin Lovett, aye. <br />
