<br />PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br />MEETING OF MARCH 28, 2018 <br /> <br />A meeting of the Lexington Planning Board, held in the Parker Room was called to order at 6:04 <br />p.m. by Chair, Richard Canale with members Ginna Johnson, Charles Hornig, Nancy Corcoran- <br />Ronchetti, and Bob Creech, and planning staff Aaron Henry and Lori Kaufman present. <br /> <br />*******************************STAFF REPORTS******************************** <br />General Updates: <br /> <br />Mr. Henry will discuss Article 16 with Mr. Kucharsky during the week. <br />Mr. Daggett sent his final article at 5:00 p.m. tonight. The Board will need time to review to since <br />there are so many changes that were made and Board can discuss if they want to propose <br />amendments. The Board should send comments to staff over the weekend and staff will forward <br />them to Mr. Daggett and Town Counsel. The Board will meet on Monday to discuss further. <br />Upcoming Meetings & Anticipated Meetings: <br /> <br />The next meetings will be on Monday, April 2, and Wednesday, April 4 2018, at 6:00 p.m. in the <br />Parker Room. <br />Comprehensive Plan Update: <br />Last night was the third meeting of the CPAC and co-chairs were selected, branding was <br />discussed, and the Hartwell Avenue Initiative was summarized. <br />There is one resignation on the CPAC and are looking for a replacement from precinct 1. <br /> <br />*************************BOARD ADMINISTRATION**************************** <br />Open Meeting Law Complaint: <br /> <br />On a motion of Mr. Hornig, seconded by Mr. Creech, the Board voted, 5-0, to ask Town Counsel <br />to draft a response to the Open Meeting Law indicating that the notice of the public hearing <br />accurately described the proposed change. <br /> <br />********************DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION************************* <br />0 Grove Street, Naming of Common Drive: <br /> <br />The developer of 0 Grove Street is proposing Jefferson Drive as the name for the developmentās <br />common drive. Public Safety has been notified and has no issues with the proposed name. <br />On a motion of Mr. Hornig, seconded by Mr. Creech, it was voted, 4-0-1, (Ms. Johnson <br />abstained) to approve the name of Jefferson Drive for the common Drive at 0 Grove Street. <br /> <br />
