<br /> <br />PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br />MEETING OF MARCH 14, 2018 <br /> <br />A meeting of the Lexington Planning Board, held in the Selectmen’s Meeting Room was called to <br />order at 7:01 p.m. by Chair, Richard Canale with members Ginna Johnson, Charles Hornig, Nancy <br />Corcoran-Ronchetti, and Bob Creech, and planning staff Aaron Henry and Lori Kaufman present. <br />*******************************STAFF REPORTS******************************** <br />General Updates: <br /> <br />Staff is preparing for Town Meeting. <br />A Sketch PSDUP for 7 Hartwell Avenue has been filed. <br />443 Lincoln Street BHD has been submitted, which would be at risk if the new bylaw passes. <br />Propose to continue 1106 Massachusetts Avenue to Thursday, May 10, and future meetings will be <br />held Thursdays from now on. <br />Upcoming Meetings & Anticipated Meetings: <br /> <br />The TMMA Meeting for the Planning Board Zoning Articles will be March 21, 2018. <br />The Town Meeting schedule will be provided soon. <br />th <br />Add Thursday, April 26 to the Planning Board Meeting calendar. <br />Staff was asked to copy the TMMA calendar to the Board <br />Next Tuesday the moderator will meet with sponsors of warrant articles to discuss when they will <br />be scheduled for Town Meeting. <br />Articles 10(b) Community Center Sidewalk, 10(j) Farm View Housing (Busa) on Lowell Street, 7, <br />Getting to Net Zero, and 22 and 23 for Visitor Center Funding are proposed warrant articles that <br />the Planning Board may wish to express their interest to Town Meeting. <br />Board Members should review the warrant and forward to staff any additional articles they want <br />the Board to weigh in on. <br />Comprehensive Plan Update: <br />The first of 2 Housing Panels had to be rescheduled due to snow. <br />March 23 will be the first Economic Development Panel at the Depot <br />The lead RFP for the consulting firm is out and due April 6, 2018. <br />Trend reports are underway. <br />The CPAC should have a liaison meeting on Tuesday, March 27, 2018. <br />Update the CPAC on the Hartwell Avenue initiative project. Give the CPAC members the March <br />8 Board of Selectmen meeting date to view on LexMedia the recording of the meeting regarding <br />this project. <br /> <br /> <br />
