<br />PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br />MEETING OF APRIL 24, 2017 <br /> <br />A meeting of the Lexington Planning Board, held in the Parker Room, Town Office Building was <br />called to order 7:05 p.m. by Chair, Richard Canale with members Charles Hornig, Nancy <br />Corcoran-Ronchetti, Bob Creech and planning staff Aaron Henry present. <br /> <br />*********************2017 ANNUAL TOWN MEETING **************************** <br />Preparations for Town Meeting: <br />Article 44, Amend Brookhaven (RD-6 to PD-1): <br />On April 5, the Board voted, 4-0, to recommend to Town Meeting that they approve this article. <br />The amended report is now before the Board with the zoning text of the PSDUP and the draft <br />MOA that the Board requested. Mr. Henry reviewed the changes incorporated into the report. Mr. <br />Canale will hand this to the Moderator tonight at Town Meeting after his presentation. <br /> <br />On a motion duly made and seconded, it was voted, 5-0, to approve the amended report to Town <br />Meeting before the Board for Article 44. <br />Staff update: <br /> <br />David Fields is leaving and his last day is this Thursday. The Planning Office will be short staffed <br />for a short while and hope to fill the position as soon as possible hopefully by July. <br /> <br />The Board wanted to formally thank Mr. Fields for his services and wished him the best in his <br />new job. <br /> <br />On a motion duly made and seconded, it was voted, 5-0, to adjourn at 6:59 p.m. <br /> <br />The meeting was recorded by LexMedia. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Ginna Johnson, Clerk <br />
