<br />PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br />MEETING OF MAY 9, 2016 <br /> <br />A meeting of the Lexington Planning Board, held in the Parker Room was called to order 6:32 <br />p.m. by Chair Nancy Corcoran-Ronchetti, with members Charles Hornig, Tim Dunn, Richard <br />Canale, Ginna Johnson, and planning director Aaron Henry. <br /> <br />*********************************STAFF REPORTS****************************** <br />Mr. Henry asked the Planning Board to advise staff of their summer plans to help create a <br />schedule. Staff met with the attorney for Ridge Road to see what is next and what issues will <br />come up for which boards and the permitting route and also a project for 1775 Massachusetts <br />Avenue to discuss their permitting path. <br />************* UPCOMING MEETINGS AND ANTICIPATED SCHEDULE************** <br />Discussion of upcoming meeting schedule and known agenda items: <br />The next meeting will be May 18 which will include Street Determination for Ridge Road and <br />1775 Massachusetts Avenue for an informal meeting and a review of Zoning Regulations and the <br />Planning Board’s Procedural Rules. <br /> <br />**************2016 SPECIAL TOWN MEETING-PREPARATIONS******************** <br />Article 2, Land purchase-20 Pelham Road: <br /> <br />The Board discussed this Article for the Special Town Meeting tonight. <br />On a motion of Mr. Canale, seconded by Ms. Corcoran-Ronchetti, it was voted, 4-1, (Mr. Hornig <br />opposed) to recommend approval of this Article to Special Town Meeting 2. <br /> <br />On a motion duly made and seconded, it was voted, 5-0, to adjourn at 7:17 p.m. <br /> <br />The meeting was recorded by LexMedia. <br /> <br />The following documents used at the meeting can be found on file with the Planning Department: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Ginna Johnson, Clerk <br />
