<br />PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br />MEETING OF APRIL 25, 2016 <br /> <br />A meeting of the Lexington Planning Board, held in the Parker Room was called to order 6:01 <br />p.m. by Chair Nancy Corcoran-Ronchetti, with members Charles Hornig, Tim Dunn, and Richard <br />Canale, and planning staff Aaron Henry present. Ginna Johnson joined the meeting in progress. <br /> <br />************* UPCOMING MEETINGS AND ANTICIPATED SCHEDULE************** <br />Discussion of upcoming meeting schedule and known agenda items: <br />The next meeting Wednesday, May 4, at 7 p.m. in the Selectmen’s Meeting Room. There will be <br />some development administration that day and handing out plans for sketch plan on 331 Concord <br />Avenue and two street determinations. <br />Will need to formalize Brookhaven if going forward and will add a meeting on May 9. May 18 <br />there will be an informal conversation at 1775 Massachusetts Avenue. Will try to schedule an all <br />staff and Board meeting during the day in June for work plans. <br /> <br />****************2016 ANNUAL TOWN MEETING-PREPARATIONS***************** <br />Article 42, Two-Family Houses: <br />There was a minor change to switch the order of paragraphs 2 and 3. <br />Article 44, Planned Development District: <br />The Board signed the two copies of the report. <br />Article 45, Brookhaven: <br /> <br />The Board of Selectmen (BOS) said they were concerned that the article may not be <br />ready for Town Meeting yet regarding the property value that may need to be inflated and <br />with the tax status issue. The BOS are meeting tonight with the applicant to discuss the <br />issues further. The applicant has asked for a revised date certain to May 9 the last night of <br />Town Meeting. <br />Ms. Johnson joined the meeting in progress <br />Article 8, Community Preservation Committee Operating Budget and CPA projects: <br />On a motion duly made and seconded, it was voted, 5-0, to oppose the proposed amendment by <br />CPA to Article 8. <br /> <br />
