TOWN OF LEXINGTON, MASSACHUSETTS <br /> CONSERVATION COMMISSION <br /> MINUTES <br /> Monday November 27, 2017 <br /> 6:30 P.M. <br /> Parker Room, Town Office Building <br /> 1625 Massachusetts Ave <br /> Chair Phil Hamilton opened the meeting at 6:31pm in the Parker Room. <br /> Commissioners Present: Duke Bitsko, Dick Wolk, Kevin Beuttell, Ruth Ladd, Alex Dohan. <br /> David Langseth, Phil Hamilton <br /> Others present: Karen Mullins, Conservation Administrator and Casey Hagerty, Conservation <br /> Department Assistant <br /> 6:31 pm <br /> Request to present potential Annual Town Meeting Warrant Article for prohibitinguse se of plastic <br /> bags by retailers in town <br /> This will be discussed at the next meeting. <br /> Trust funds Update—David Williams <br /> This will be discussed at the next meeting. <br /> 6:32pm <br /> Issue Certificate of Compliance: 279 Emerson Road, DEP 201-923, BL 883 <br /> Issue Certificate of Compliance: 82 Grant Street, DEP 201-988, BL 945 <br /> Ms. Mullins stated that the commission should do a site visit to view the changes from the <br /> approved plan. <br /> Issue Certificate of Compliance: 52 Hartwell Ave, DEP 201-1030, BL 988 <br /> This will be discussed at the next meeting. <br /> 6:55pm <br /> Issue Order of Conditions: 25 Hathaway Road, DEP 201-1077, BL 1034 <br /> The commission stated that they want to condition spot grades on driveway to ensure it is <br /> draining to the trench train. The commission also stated that they want to condition FENO <br /> markers along the 25 ft. buffer. <br />
