It was noted that some Center businesses do not shovel or shovel <br /> inadequately. <br /> Megan introduced Sally Hoops of Omar's World of Comics and Hobbies (opening January <br /> 15th on Waltham Street where B-Tone was located.) EDD wrote a letter to HDC in support of <br /> their signage. Omar's will have comics, board games, toys, action figures, events and game <br /> nights. Sally can be reached at sally.hoops@owoch.com. <br /> Abbott's Frozen Custard signed a ten-year lease at the old Candy Castle location. AFC hopes <br /> to open in April. <br /> Good Feet has exited the Center. A biotech company is coming to 19 Muzzey Street. The <br /> Lexington Chamber of Commerce is holding its gala in Cary Hall this year, after a long stretch <br /> of out of town venues. <br /> Center-related TM Articles: <br /> 1. An oversight committee has been formed for the Streetscape project- project is now <br /> seeking funds for design to go to 100%. <br /> 2. The new police station will be built in the current location barring unforseen <br /> circumstances. <br /> 3. Douglas House is seeking CPA funds for renovations. <br /> 4. Track renovations and lighting. (Anyone care to edit this entry?) <br /> All members were reminded to attend to their State Ethics Commission certification. Our <br /> next meeting is Thursday, February 8th, at 8:30 am. <br />
