LEXINGTON BOARD OF APPEALS <br />January 24, 1985 <br />Pursuant to notice in the Lexington Minute -man, a newspaper of general <br />circulation in the Town, published on January 10 and 17, 1985 and notice sent <br />by mail, postage prepaid, to all interested parties pursuant to the provisions <br />of Massachusetts General Laws, public hearings were held in the Town Office <br />Building on the petitions listed below. <br />Acting on the petitions were: Thomas G. Taylor, Chairman; Natalie H. <br />Riffin, Vice Chairman; Robert M. Gary; Anne R. Scigliano and Clarence D. <br />Turner. <br />Lot at the corner of Myrna & Carl Roads, John and Maureen Gilbert requested a <br />variance of the ZBL dimensional controls, Section 7 and Table 2 (frontage <br />requirement) for Lot 35 at the corner of Myrna and Carl Roads, shown on <br />Assessors Map 76 (area 36,931 sq. ft., frontage 94.25 ft.), so that a single <br />family house may be constructed on it. <br />443 Lincoln St., Albert R. Piantedosi requested a variance (Section 3.2.2) to <br />allow temporary parking of motor vehicles within a fenced area on the property <br />at 443 Lincoln Street in conjunction with a grandfathered non -conforming use <br />(body shop) and the towing of disabled cars which is otherwise authorized. <br />4 Spencer St., John W. Flaherty, Jr. and Barbara Flaherty requested a special <br />permit, pursuant to ZBL Section 7.4.9, for the continued use of the residential <br />building constructed in or about 1926, as located on the premises at 4 Spencer <br />Street. <br />915 Waltham St., Texaco, Inc. requested a special permit, pursuant to Section <br />313 and Table 1, line 5.1, to erect a free standing canopy to cover fuel <br />dispensers on concrete islands on the premises at 915 Waltham Street. <br />6 North Hancock St., Richard P. Folso. requested a special permit for take out <br />food, pursuant to ZBL Section 3.3 and Table 1, line 6.14, to continue the <br />present take-out food service, and to extend the service by adding seafood <br />products and poultry. <br />Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. <br />The lot -_Myrna & Carl Rds. - V denied unanimously. <br />443 Lincoln St. - Use under Variance continued to 1/16/87. <br />4 Spencer St. SP granted unanimously. <br />915 Waltham St SP denied unanimously. <br />6 No. Hancock St. —discussion re. decision continued to February 14. <br />70 Westview St. - Board voted unanimously to accept traffic plan with <br />conditions. <br />The meeting adjourned at 11:03 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />I � ra�' <br />Evelyn F.
