LEXINGTON BOARD OF APPEALS

<br />Pursuant to notice in the Lexington Minute -man, a newspaper of general circulation
<br />in the Town, published on October 25 and November 1, 1984 and notice sent by mail,
<br />postage prepaid, to all interested parties pursuant to the provisions of Massachusetts
<br />General Laws, public hearings were held in the Town Office Building on the petitions
<br />listed below.
<br />Acting on the petitions were: Chairman Thomas G. Taylor, Vice Chairman Natalie H.
<br />Riffin, Robert M. Gary, Anne R. Scigliano and Clarence D. Turner.
<br />10 Colony Rd.-, Leonard J. Colwell and Marjorie D. Weerts requested a special permit,
<br />pursuant to ZBL section 7.4.9, for the continued use of the garage, as located on the
<br />property.
<br />1265 Massachusetts Ave., Seasons Four, Inc. requested a special permit during the
<br />holiday season, to remain open for operation of its retail business from 9:00 a.m, to
<br />8:OO p.m., Monday through Friday, from the Friday preceding Thanksgiving to and
<br />including December 23; and to sell Christmas trees and wreaths during the appropriate
<br />season. This permit was requested for a three year period (ref. ZBL Section 3.3 and
<br />Table 1, line 3.5).
<br />189 Massachusetts Ave., Sheila Robinson requested a special permit, pursuant to Zoning
<br />By -Law Section 10.2.5, Sign Regulations, for the interior illumination of a wall sign.
<br />81 Hancock St., Jacquelin & Jeffrey Weinstock requested a special permit, pursuant to
<br />ZBL Section 7.4.9 for the continued use of the house and garage, as located on the
<br />' property; and a variance of dimensional controls, Section 7 and Table 2 for an addition.
<br />2 Burns Rd., Jan N. & Eva S. Jonas requested a variance of dimensional controls,
<br />section 7 and table 2, and/or a special permit, pursuant to section 7.4.9, for the
<br />continued use of the buildings as located on the property.
<br />373 Massachusetts Ave., Sunshine Convenient Food Mart requested a special permit
<br />(Section 3.3) for take out food service, prusuant to ZBL Table 1, line 6.14, at the
<br />Sunshine Convenient Food Mart, 373 Mass. Ave., where other owners have been making
<br />sandwiches for customers for approximately ten years.
