BOARD OF APPEALS <br />' August 13, 1981 <br />7:30 p.m. <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room. <br />Present: Woodruff M. Brodhead, Chairman <br />Robert M. <br />Gary <br />Irving H. <br />Mabee <br />Natalie H. <br />Riffin <br />Thomas G. <br />Taylor <br />Public hearings were held on the following petitions (6). <br />4 Hartwell Place, Data Instruments - temporary special permit for 3 trailers to <br />house employees during renovation of a portion of the interior of the building. <br />15 Holmes St., Charles Blumsack - special permit to install a swimming pool. <br />78 Wood St., Lawrence K. and Elaine M. Clark - special permit to install a pool <br />and a variance from the 15 ft. sideyard setback requirements to allow the pool to <br />have sideyards of 12.5 ft. <br />6 Melrose Ave., Eugene J. Bewig - variance of dimensional controls for a laundry <br />room addition which will have a sideyard of 8 ft. instead of 12 ft. <br />' 37 Cedar St., Jack L. and Margaret S. Hardy - variance of dimensional controls for <br />an addition, making the present one -car garage a two -car garage.with setback of <br />10 ft. from Childs Rd. (secondary street). <br />453 Concord Ave., Krebs School Foundation, Inc., Ida G. Krebs - special permit for <br />two standing signs. <br />Decisions filed with the Town Clerk and other action. <br />4 Hartwell P1. - SP granted uanimously (expires 8/13/82). <br />15 Holmes St. - SP granted unanimously. <br />78 Wood St. - SP & variance granted unanimously. <br />6 Melrose Ave. - Variance granted unanimously. <br />37 Cedar St. - Variance granted (4 to 1, Gary voting in the negative). <br />453 Concord Ave. - decision postponed (see Oct. 8). <br />The meeting adjourned at 11:17 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Evelyn F.
