BOARD OF APPEALS <br />' December 27, 1979 <br />7:30 p.m. <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room. <br />Present: Ruth Money, Chairman <br />Woodruff M. Brodhead <br />Natalie H. Riffin <br />Thomas G. Taylor <br />Robert A. Bowyer, Associate <br />Public hearings were held on the following petitions: <br />62 Bow St., Lee B. and Anna G. Jackson - variance to maintain existing dwelling <br />as located. <br />1734 Mass. Ave., Christos Kontos - special permit for take out food service for the <br />sale specifically of pastries, sandwiches and pizza to be baked on the premises now <br />being operated as Cheryl's Bakery. <br />1715 Mass. Ave., Daman Commissary Corp. - special permit to operate a restaurant <br />and to provide take out food service. <br />177 Mass. Ave., Bora-Bora, Inc. - special permit to continue the operation of an <br />existing Chinese Restaurant, <br />' 46 Farmcrest Ave -.t Eleanor M. Hansen - variance to maintain existing dwelling as <br />located. <br />Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. <br />62 Bow St. - unanimously granted. <br />1734 Mass. Ave.-junanimously granted. <br />1715 Mass. Ave. -'unanimously granted. <br />177 Mass.
