BOARD OF APPEALS <br />November 29, 1979 <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room <br />beginning at 7:30 p.m. <br />Also present; <br />Present and acting on hearings: Associates: Robert A. Bowyer <br />Ruth Morey, Chairman Eric T. Clarke <br />Thomas G. Taylor William J. Scouler <br />Irving H. Mabee Clarence D. Turner <br />Natalie H. Riffin Robert V. Whitman <br />William J. Scouler, Associate <br />A photograph was taken for the Annual Town Report. Associates departed. <br />Public heariiAgs were held on the following petitions: <br />18 Woodpark Circle, John J. Pallotta - special permit to construct a swimming pool. <br />1 Village Circle, Chong -Pi Hsieh and Mei-Ching Ho Hsieh - variance to maintain a <br />tool shed as located. <br />35 Woodcliffe Rd., Leon Gunther - variance to build an addition. <br />63 Paul Revere Rd4, John D. Brucchi - renewal for two years of special permit to <br />operate a private riding academy. <br />2 Forbes Rd., Honeywell, Inc. - special permit for an addition to be used for <br />similar purposes to those conducted within the existing building. <br />7 Hartwell Ave., Robert Cataldo - special permit to construct and operate a bank. <br />Also permits for signs. <br />Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. <br />18 Woodpark Circ1EE - granted unanimously. <br />1 Village Circle * granted 4 to 1 (Mrs. Morey in opposition because she felt that <br />1' instead of 15' was too great a variance.) <br />35 Woodcliffe Rd. granted unanimously. <br />63 Paul Revere Rd4 - granted unanimously to 12/31/80. <br />2 Forbes Rd. - granted (SPS) unanimously. <br />7 Hartwell Ave. - special permits granted unanimously.
