Kayce - special permit for a swimming pool. <br />1265 Mass. Ave., Anthony R. Cataldo, d/b/a Gold Ribbon Farms - renewal of permission <br />to process and sell fruits and vegetables at premises located at Gold Ribbon Farms. <br />70 North St., S & A Realty Trust, R. H. Hall - variance for side yard. <br />655 Marrett Rd., Alice Louise Kane - variance to maintain dwelling as located. <br />28 Cottage St., Robert W. Hoye - variance to allow construction of a house. A <br />building permit was denied by the Building Commissioner. (Lots 20-24) <br />Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. <br />117 Kendall Rd. - granted unanimously. <br />1265 Mass.
