BOARD OF APPEALS <br />September 4, 1979 <br />The Board of Appeals met in the Selectmen's Meeting Room at 8 p.m. <br />Present: Ruth Morey, Chairman <br />Natalie H. Riffin <br />Thomas G. Taylor <br />Robert, A. Bowyer <br />Clarence D. Turner <br />The Chairma* called the meeting for the purpose of continuing the hearing <br />held on Thursday♦ August 9, 1979 with respect to the petition of Moore Homes, Inc., <br />Mark Moore, Jr., President, for a special permit for the development of Morrow <br />Crossing for 21 iving units in 11 buildings plus garages and including the <br />requests for var ances as cited in his petition and in the Legal Notice published <br />July 26 and Augu t 2.
