BOARD OF APPEALS <br />July 26, 1979 <br />' The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room <br />beginning at 7:30 p.m. <br />Present: Ruth Morey, Chairman <br />Woodruff M. Brodhead <br />Irving H. Mabee <br />7homas G. Taylor <br />Natalie H. Riffin <br />Public hearings were held on the following petitions, notices of hearings <br />having been mailed and advertised as required by statute. <br />204 East St., Diane M. Zani - special permit to construct a pool. <br />11 Cottage St., James E. Mantinio - variance to construct a two-story addition. <br />22 Muzzey St., Daniel C. Yuill - variance to use premises for office uses. <br />125 Hartwell Ave., Michael Colangelo and Josephine Colangelo - special permit (SPS <br />site plan review) for construction of an office building and special permit for a <br />standing sign. <br />10 Pelham Rd., Nobseot Foundation, Inc. - special permit to operate a private indepen- <br />'dent school for boys (grades 7-12), known as "Westbridge", in a portion of the school <br />building owned by the Grey Nuns. <br />10 Pelham Rd., Minuteman Home Care Corp. and Cooperative Elder Services, Inc. - <br />special permit to, allow Petitioners, non-profit corporations, to use a portion of the <br />former school building owned by Grey Nuns Charities, Inc. for an elderly day care and <br />home care center., <br />Decisions filed with Town Clerk. <br />204 East St. - granted unanimously. <br />11 Cottage St. - granted unanimously. <br />22 Muzzey St. - denied unanimously. <br />125 Hartwell Ave. - granted unimously. <br />10 Pelham Rd.(2 hearings) - both granted unanimously for 2 years to 8/15/81. <br />The meeting adjourned at 10:58 p.m. <br />1 <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />6 .
