BOARD OF APPEALS <br />June 14, 1979 <br />' The Board of11Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room <br />beginning at 7:30'p.m. <br />Present: Ruth Mo' y, Chairman *Robert M. Gary, Associate (acting on Ridge <br />Woodruf M. Brodhead Estates II hearing only, <br />Irving Mabee in place of Ruth Morey.) <br />Thomas Taylor <br />Clarence D. Turner <br />Public hearings were held on the following petitions, notices of hearings having <br />been mailed and a vertised as required by statute. <br />32 Hartwell Ave.,Boston Properties (managing agents for MBZ-Lex Trust, Mortimer B. <br />Zuckerman, Tr. (Hewlett-Packard, lessee of property) - site plan review (ZBL 13 -SPS) <br />to modify and alter a special permit issued to Trustees, Hartwell -Lexington Trust, <br />a predecessor in title, to permit an addition and construction of additional park- <br />ing to serve new ddition. Also special permits under 25.4.1, 25.4.3, 25.4.4, 25.7.1, <br />25.7.2, 25.7.3, 2 -9.5, 25.9.13 & 25.9.14 (Use Reg. Schedule) to permit erection of <br />an addition to be ,utilized by the current Lessee Hewlett-Packard. <br />66 Oak St., Jeffry and Sarah Ashe - variance to construct an addition. <br />21 Blossom Street Robert D. Patterson - variance to construct a greenhouse. <br />' 44 York St., Marjory H. Bottoms - variance to maintain house as located. <br />*23, 43, 47, 49 gdge Rd. and 124 Laconia St., Kerrie Realty Tr., Theodore L. Freeman <br />-special permit for cluster development on 45 acres for 45 single family house lots. <br />Development became known as Ridge Estates II. Woodruff M. Brodhead was acting chair- <br />man for this hearing. Robert M. Gary* "sat" in place of Ruth Morey. <br />Decisions filed w�th the Town Clerk. <br />32 Hartwell Ave. + decision postponed to June 28, 1979. <br />66 Oak St. - granted unanimously. <br />44 York St. - grated unanimously. <br />21 Blossom St. - granted unanimously. <br />*Ridge Estates II'I- granted unanimously with conditions. (Repeated for clarification: <br />Woodruff M. BrodL ad chaired hearing, Robert M.
