Ruth Morey elected Chairman. <br />BOARD OF APPEALS <br />MAY 17, 1979 <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room <br />beginning at 7:30 p.m. <br />Present: George P_ Wadsworth, Chairman <br />Ruth Morey <br />Woodruff M. Brodhead <br />Thomas G. Taylor <br />Natalie H. Riffin, Associate <br />Public hearings were held on the following petitions, notices of hearings <br />having been mailed and advertised as required by statute. <br />Garfield St.(Map 72, Lots 36 & 37), Lexington Housing Authority - variance of the <br />minimum front and rear yard setback requirements for construction of a single <br />family dwelling by or for the LHA. This is Site Number 11 under LHA's Scattered <br />Sites Housing Program. (see 39 Garfield St.) <br />Rangeway St. (Map 90, Lot 80), Lexington Housing Authority - variance of minimum <br />front yard setback requirement for construction of a single family dwelling by or <br />for the LHA. This is site number 13 under LHA's Scattered Sites Housing Program. <br />(See 5 Rangeway St.) <br />Reed Street (Map 72, Lots 184 & 185), Lexington Housing Authority - variance of <br />minimum side yard requirement for construction of a single family dwelling by or <br />' for the LHA. This is site number 23under LHA's Scattered Sites Housing Program. <br />(See 120 Reed St.) <br />Wood Street (Map 59, Lots 48A & 49A), Lexington Housing Authority - variance of <br />minimum rear yard requirement for construction of a single family dwelling by or <br />for the LHA. This is site number 21 under LHA's Scattered Sites Housing Program. <br />(See 50 Wood St.) <br />211 Massachusetts Avenue, Peter J. Rogaris - special permits to operate a food <br />service establishment.
