BOARD OF APPEALS <br />February 8, 1979 <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room <br />beginning at 7.30 p.m. <br />Present: George P. Wadsworth, Chairman <br />Ruth Morey <br />Woodruff M. Brodhead <br />Thomas G. Taylor <br />Robert M. Gary <br />Public hearings were held on the following petitions, notices of hearings <br />having been mailed and advertised as required by statute. <br />3 Dee Rd., Lucy Forbes Shevenell - variance to maintain dwelling as located. <br />11 Circle Rd., Mary L. and Chung Y. Hwang - variance to maintain. <br />1265 Mass. Ave., .Seasons Four, Inc. - special permit to sell Christmas trees and <br />to open later hours for Christmas holiday season, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. <br />to 9 p.m. from November 19 until December 24, 1979. <br />Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. <br />3 Dee Rd. - granted unanimously. <br />' 11 Circle Rd. - granted unanimously. <br />1265 Mass.
