Wadsworth, chairman <br />Ruth Morey <br />Woodruff M. Brodhead <br />Irving H. Mabee <br />Thomas G. Taylor <br />HEARINGS IN THE ORDER SCHEDULED <br />49 Outlook Drive, Albert G. Montgomery and Dee Ann Montgomery - variance to maintain <br />existing structure as located. <br />4 Sullivan St., David R. Young - variance to permit construction of a single family <br />home on 50 ft., 5,000 sq. ft. area, lot. <br />6 Sullivan St., Stanley R. and Mary E. Young - variance to permit construction of a <br />single family home on lot with 4,979 sq. ft. and 50 ft. frontage. <br />93 Hancock St., Lexington Gardens, Inc. - renewal of the special permit to store <br />and sell in conjunction with the operation of a nursery all the supplementary items <br />specified in 24.5, paragraph 1. <br />Decisions filed with the Town clerk. <br />' 49 Outlood Drive - granted unanimously. <br />4 Sullivan St. - denied unanimously. <br />6 Sullivan St. - denied unanimously. <br />93 Hancock St. - granted with conditions for one year (exp. 1/31/80). <br />other: <br />The Board discussed proposed town meeting warrant articles.
