BOARD OF APPEALS <br />January 11, 1979 <br />1 The Board of Appeals met at 5:00 p.m. in the Selectmen's Meeting Room. <br />Present: George P. Wadsworth, Chairman <br />Ruth Morey <br />Natalie H. Riffin <br />Eric T. Clarke <br />Clarence D. Turner <br />The meeting was held for the purpose of making a decision with respect to <br />the request of Daniel I. Palant for a variance to allow Lot #37, at the end of <br />Rowland Avenue to be established as a buildable lot. The hearing was held on <br />December 28, 1978. <br />Rowland Ave., Daniel I. Palant <br />Decision - denied unanimously. <br />The meeting adjourned at 5:50 p.m. <br />C <br />Happenings between regular meeting nights: <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Evelyn F. Cole, Administrative Clerk <br />BOARD OF APPEALS <br />1/18/79 - Board of Appeals members met on January 18, 1979 at 3 p.m. in the Planning <br />Board Office for the purpose of discussing proposed by-law changes with the Planning <br />Board and Building Commissioner. This meeting was requested by the Building <br />Commissioner. The Board of Appeals posted notice with Town Clerk to comply with <br />open meeting laws. efc <br />Quote from B.C. memo: "suggest that the proposed changes be looked at from <br />the viewpoint of viable enforcement, applicability in a uniform and consistent <br />manner and impact on applicable Departments. Further, it might be helpful to <br />consider impact on the existing building stock in Town, ie what are we legal- <br />izing or restricting." (ref. Board of Appeals File re.
