BOARD OF APPEALS <br />December 28, 1978 <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's meeting Room <br />beginning at 7:30 p.m. <br />Present: George P. Wadsworth, Chairman <br />Ruth Morey, Vice Chairman <br />Natalie H. Riffin, Associate <br />Eric T. Clarke, Associate <br />Clarence D. Turner, Associate <br />Public hearings were held on the following petitions, notices of hearings <br />having been mailed and advertised as required by statute. <br />17 Liberty Avenue, Joseph Jiann S and May Wang Shen - variance to maintain dwelling <br />as presently located on the lot. <br />49 Forest St., Mrs. Daniel A. Cronin - variance to maintain dwelling as presently <br />located on the lot. <br />7 Field Rd., Bruce B. and Nancy C. Hickox - variance to maintain dwelling as <br />presently located on lot. <br />443 Lincoln St., Albert R. Piantedosi - variance to allow temporary parking of not <br />Rowland Avenue, Daniel L. Palant - variance to allow Lot #37, at the end of Rowland <br />Ave. to be established as a buildable lot for a single family dwelling. <br />Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. <br />17 Liberty Avenue - granted unanimously. <br />49 Forest St., (Mrs.) Daniel A. Cronin - granted unanimously. <br />7 Field Rd. - granted unanimously. <br />443 Lincoln St. - granted for 2 years with conditions (exp. date 12/28/80). <br />12 Briggs Rd. - granted for 2 years (to settle right of way issue). <br />Rowland Ave. - (land owned by American Tel. & Tel.
