BOARD OF APPEALS <br />' December 14, 1978 <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room <br />beginning at 7:30 p.m. <br />Present; Ruth Morey, Chairman <br />Woodruff M. Brodhead, Vice Chairman <br />Irving H. Mabee <br />Thomas G. Taylor <br />Robert M. Bowyer, Associate <br />Public hearings were held on the following petitions, notices of hearings <br />having been mailed and advertised as required by statute. <br />11 Nichols Rd., Robert J. and Helen E. Coughlin - variance to maintain a dwelling <br />as presently located on the lot. <br />3 Forbes Rd., Honeywell, Inc. - special permit to park 18 trailers for office and <br />storage purposes for a period not to exceed 18 months. To be used at 2 & 3 Forbes Rd. <br />63 Paul Revere Rd. _,-'renewal of special permit to operate a private riding academy <br />giving riding lessons and also to give pony rides. The academy is named Paul <br />Revere Stables, Inc. John D. Brucchi, president. All lessons and pony rides will <br />be in an enclosed area on the property. <br />Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. <br />11 Nichols Rd. - granted unanimously. <br />2 & 3 Forbes Rd. - granted unanimously. <br />63 Paul Revere Rd. - granted unanimously with conditions (expires 12/31/79) <br />The meeting adjourned at 9:45 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Evelyn F.
