BOARD OF APPEALS <br />October 26, 1978 <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room <br />beginning at 7:30 p.m. <br />Present: George P. Wadsworth, Chairman <br />Ruth Morey <br />Woodruff M. Brodhead <br />Irving H. Mabee <br />Natalie H. Riffin, Associate <br />Public hearings were held on the following petitions, notices of hearings <br />having been mailed and advertised as required by statute. <br />47 Liberty Ave., Ming Jer Tsai and Huan Rosa Tsai'- variance to maintain deck as <br />located. <br />101 Burlington St., J. Edward & Helen S. Kracoff <br />103 Burlington St., John A. and Dorothy M. Boggia <br />105 Burlington St., Robert A. & Mary M. Leone <br />-variances to allow lot lines to be maintained as shown on a plot plan <br />entitled"subdivision plan of land in Lexington, April 26, 1978" by Phillips & <br />Chatel Associates, Engineers & Land Surveyors, Melrose. This request is an <br />attempt to make side yards more in compliance with zoning by-law requirements. <br />' 20-24 Hartwell Ave., Michael & Josephine Colangelo & Mico Realty Trust - special <br />permit to construct an additional building connected to the existing structure <br />and special permits for the uses to be made of this additional building. ALSO, <br />request is made for a variance to maintain existing structure with a 75' setback <br />instead of 100 '. <br />150 East Street, Doran Greenhouses, Inc. - renewal of special permits. <br />1265 Mass. Ave., Anthony R. Cataldo - renewal of permission to process and sell <br />fruits and vegetables at premises located at Gold Ribbon Farms. <br />Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. <br />47 Liberty Ave. - granted unanimously. <br />101, 103, 105 Burlington St. — granted unanimously. <br />20-24 Hartwell Ave. - all requests granted unanimously with conditions. <br />150 East St. - all requests granted unanimously with conditions. (expi 11/18/80) <br />1265 Mass.
