BOARD OF APPEALS <br />September 28, 1978 <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room <br />beginning at 7:30 p.m. <br />Present: George P. Wadsworth, Chairman <br />Ruth Morey <br />Woodruff M. Brodhead <br />Thomas G. Taylor <br />Robert M. Bowyer, Associate <br />Public hearings were held on the following petitions, notices of hearings <br />having been mailed and advertised as required by statute. <br />1776 Mass. Ave_, Lexington Savings Bank - permit to install two bronze plaques on <br />the inside walls of the entrance to the lobby of the bank. <br />1-16 Judges Rd. (Lexington Homes, Inc.) - permit to erect a standing sign and a <br />variance to build a storage shed. <br />30 Valley Rd., Helen E. and Robert J. Coughlin - variance to maintain breezeway <br />and garage as located. <br />47 Liberty Avenue, Ming -,Ter and Huan Rosa Tsai — variance to maintain existing <br />deck as located. Stephen Russian, Attorney. (no one appeared at hearing.) <br />' 24 Hartwell Avenue (formerly 20), Michael Colangelo - special permit to build a <br />two-story addition. The proposed use will be for office and cafeteria space. <br />Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. <br />1776 Mass. Ave. - granted unanimously with conditions. <br />1-16 Judges Rd. - granted unanimously with conditions. <br />30 Valley Rd. - granted unanimously. <br />47 Liberty Ave. _ Thomas G. Taylor made a motion that we allow petitioners to <br />reschedule a hearing at a latter date.
