BOARD OF APPEALS <br />September 7, 1978 <br />' The Board of Appeals met at the call of the Chairman, George P. Wadsworth <br />for the purpose of making decisions in regard to: <br />The property of Phyllis Johnson, 51 Spring St. and <br />the property of Scott D. MacKay, 309 Marrett Rd. <br />Public hearings were held in regard to both properties on July 27, 1978. <br />At 7:00 p.m. in Room 111, Town Office Building, the Chairman called the <br />meeting to order. All members who sat for July 27 were present: G. Wadsworth, <br />- <br />R. Morey, T. Taylor, E. Clarke and C. Turner. <br />Decisions filed with the Town Clerk: <br />51 Spring St. - grantedunanimouslywith conditions. <br />309 Marrett Rd. - granted unanimously with conditions. <br />The meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m. <br />Board members met with the Building Commissioner, Peter F. DiMatteo, who had <br />requested a meeting to discuss common problems, rules, regulations, etc. immediately <br />following its posted, advertised open meeting, at 7:30 p.m. <br />I <br />No formal action was taken by the Board. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Evelyn F. Cole <br />Administrative Clerk, BOARD OF APPEALS <br />Note: SUMMARY OF BOARD OF APPEALS MEETINGS other than regular meetings: <br />Sept. 6, 1978 Chairman attends Selectmen's Breakfast Meeting, 7:30 a.m. <br />Sept. 7, 7:00 p.m. Board members who "sat" for Johnson & MacKay hearings met. <br />7:30 p.m. Board members met with Building Commissioner. <br />Sept. 11 - Selectmen have invited the Planning Board and Board of Appeals to meet <br />with them to discuss Zoning Enforcement.
