BOARD OF APPEALS <br />' June 22, 1978 <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room <br />beginning at 7:30 p.m. <br />Present: George P. Wadsworth, Chairman <br />Ruth Morey <br />Thomas G. Taylor <br />Eric T. Clarke, Associate <br />Robert M. Gary, Associate <br />Public hearings were held on the following petitions, notices of hearings <br />having been mailed and advertised as required by statute. <br />436 Marrett Rd., Auto Engineering, Inc. - special permit for a standing sign, <br />consisting of two identifying symbols placed near the top of a 24' post. <br />21 Minute Man Lane, S. Michael and Byoung Dai Hahm - variance to maintain residence <br />as presently located on the lot. <br />164 North St., James P. DeSalvo - variance to build a garage. <br />Woodpark Estates Subdivision, A.J. Lane Construction Corp. - special permit to <br />remove surplus fill behind lots 8, 9 and 10. <br />' 31 Allen St., John P. Carroll - renewal of special permit which allows him to pick <br />up and keep cars on the premises. (ZBL - 25.23 & 30) <br />Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. <br />436 Marrett Rd. - granted by vote of 4 to 1 (chairman in opposition). <br />21 Minute Man Lane - granted unanimously. <br />164 North St. - granted unanimously with conditions. <br />Woodpark Estates Subdivision - granted unanimously with conditions. <br />31 Allen St. - granted subject to conditions for 3 years.
