BOARD OF APPEALS <br />May 11, 1978 <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting on Thursday, May 11, 1981 <br />beginning at 7:30 p.m. in the Town Office Building, Selectmen's Meeting Room. <br />Present: Ruth Morey (acting chairman) <br />Irving H. Mabee <br />Thomas G. Taylor <br />William J. Scouler, Associate <br />Robert M. Gary <br />Public hearings were held on the following petitions, notices of hearings <br />having been mailed and advertised as required by statute. <br />38 Robbins Road, Irving S and Mary Ann Lippert - variance to enclose a rear porch; <br />to remove covered front porch and steps and construct a new front porch and steps; <br />and to build a second floor addition over an existing sun room, with setbacks of <br />rear yard of 7.1 feet and front yard of 23 feet. Existing house is a legal non- <br />conforming structure. <br />110 Woburn Street, Sheila A. Elamin - variance to build a wooden shed to be located <br />to the rear side of the existing house. The proposed shed, which will be less than.. <br />3' from the lot line and have insufficient setback from a secondary street will <br />replace a small metal shed. The lot and buildings are non -conforming. <br />11 Harrington Road, Alan D. and Sharon M. Bedford - special permit to convert to <br />a two-family house. <br />Decisions: The Board made the following decisions: (See decisions filed with Town <br />Clerk for details.) <br />38 Robbins Rd. - granted unanimously with conditions. <br />110 Woburn. St. - granted unanimously with conditions. <br />11 Harrington Rd. - denied, by vote of 2 to 3, as follows: <br />To deny: Ruth Morey, Irving H. Mabee and Robert M. Gary. <br />In favor: Thomas G.
