BOARD OF APPEALS <br />April 13, 1978 <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting on Thursday, April 13, 1981, <br />beginning at 7:30 p.m. in the Town Office Building, Selectmen's Meeting Room. <br />'Present: George P. Wadsworth, Chairman <br />Ruth Morey <br />Woodruff M. Brodhead <br />Irving H. Mabee <br />Thomas G. Taylor <br />Public hearings were held on the following petitions, notices of hearings <br />having been mailed and advertised as required by statute. <br />927 Waltham St., Nicholas A.-Cannalonga - renewal of special permit to continue to <br />store and sell in conjunction with the operation of a nursery all of the supple- <br />mentary items specified in 24.5 and also the sale of Christmas trees, wreaths, etc. <br />(Section 25.34). <br />Estate_of Daisy Wilson (two lots located off Moreland Avenue at the end of Fern St. <br />- variance of dimensional controls (Section 27) to use two lots for building pur- <br />poses, said lots not having frontage on a street, road or way as defined by the <br />zoning by-law. One lot presently contains a farmhouse and barn. Subject property <br />is known as 62 Fern St. <br />Decisions: The Board made the following decisions, all in open meeting. See <br />decisions filed with the Town Clerk for more details. <br />927 Waltham St. - granted unanimously, subject to conditions and renewal on 4/24/79. <br />62 Fern St. - withdrawn. <br />Other Action: <br />The Board unanimously accepted new rules and regulations. The motion to <br />accept the rules and regulations was made by Irving H. Mabee and seconded by Thomas <br />G. Taylor. (filed with the Town Clerk on April 19, 1989) <br />A motion to elect Evelyn F. Cole, Clerk of the Board of Appeals was made by <br />Irving H.
