Variance would
apply to four parking lots at 121 Hartwell Avenue.
Anthony R. Cavanaugh Mgr. - to grant permission to expand the sale
of supplementary items as listed in subsection 24.5, paragraph 1, to include the
sale of Christmas related items and fresh produce as per two lists submitted to the
Board of Appeals. "Product expansion would not require expansion of present facility.
Allocation of space for present product mix would be adjusted to accommodate new
lines. Exact locations are shown on floor plan" submitted to the Board. "Time
frames for sale of new items are as follows: Christmas items November 1st through
January 15th and produce sales on a year round basis. No expansion of business hours
is requested for sale of said items. Store hours will remain the same as provided
for in Lexington's Special Permit dated December 9, 1976."
DECISIONS: The Board made the following decisions, all in open meeting. See deci-
sions filed with the Town Clerk and in Board of Appeals' files for more details.
Varian/Lexington Vacuum Div. - granted unanimously.
Cataldo (Cold Ribbon Farms) - granted unanimously.
D & R Realty - granted unanimously.
Lexington Gardens - withdrawn by petitioner.
Other discussion: Enforcementofconditions imposed on permits is often a problem.
The meeting adjourned at 11:05 p.m.
' Respectfully submitted,
Evelyn F. Cole, Administrative Clerk
