BOARD OF APPEALS <br />August 25, 1977 <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting on Thursday, August 25, 1977, <br />beginning at 7:30 p.m., in the Selectmen's Meeting Room of the Town Office <br />Building. <br />Present: George P. Wadsworth, Chairman <br />Ruth Morey, Vice Chairman <br />Woodruff M. Brodhead <br />Thomas G. Taylor <br />Clarence D. Turner, Associate <br />Public hearings were held on the following petitions, notices of the hear- <br />ings having been mailed and hearings advertised in the Lexington Minute -Man <br />newspaper as required by statute. <br />W. Geoffrey Little - variance of the Lexington Zoning By-law to maintain the <br />existing dwelling at 24 Spring Street with a side yard of 7.46 feet instead of <br />the required 7.5 feet, and a front yard setback of 24.2 feet instead of the <br />required 30 feet, and to build a single story extension to the existing garage <br />and house forming a new family room with side yard of 7.43 feet instead of the <br />required 7.5 feet. <br />Andrew J. Lane - special permit, pursuant to Lexington's Zoning By-law Section <br />25.73 and General By-laws Article XXX, to remove excess loam and fill along the <br />Edison easement as shown on plan of Woodpark Estates, dated July 31, 1974 and <br />plan of proposed regrading Woodpark Estates, dated July 28, 1977, plans by <br />Colburn Engineering Inc. <br />Walter C. Tomlinson, Jr. - to amend the hours of operation, granted by the Board <br />of Appeals Permit, dated April 13, 1971, for Denny's Restaurant, 440 Bedford St., <br />from the present 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., seven days a week, to twenty -fours per <br />day, seven days a week. <br />John C. Przyjemski and Marcella J. Przy emski - on the appeal from the decision <br />of the Building Commissioner in issuing a building permit to Camillo Sganga at <br />88 Cliffe Avenue. <br />DECISIONS: The Board made the following decisions, all in open meeting. See <br />decisions for more details, all in Board of Appeals' files and also filed with <br />the Town Clerk. <br />Little - Granted unanimously. <br />Lane - Denied unanimously. <br />Tomlinson — Denied unanimously. <br />Przyjemski - Request denied unanimously.
