Board of Appeals (continued) Hearings - May 26, 1977 -2 <br />side. This change has been requested for safety reasons by several Sun Valley <br />-families. In the revised plans the backboard will be a safer distance (15') <br />from the edge of the basketball court than in the original plans (5'). The <br />total now paved area in the revised plans is the same as in the original plans. <br />The address of the property is 14 Fairlawn Lane. <br />DECISIONS: The Board made the following decisions, all in open meeting. See <br />dicisions for details, all in Board of Appeals' files and also filed with the <br />Town Clerk. <br />Forsyth - granted unanimously. <br />Cregan - granted unanimously. <br />Lunday - granted unanimously. <br />Hale - granted unanimously. <br />Filz - granted unanimously. <br />Sun Valley Associates, Inc. - granted unanimously, subject to certain conditions. <br />McSweeney - unanimously denied. <br />The meeting adjourned at 10:20 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Evelyn F.
